Today was the last day of skiing at Arapahoe Basin. According to the Pali's Pitch report we received yesterday, they have been open an incredible 245 days this season. AMAZING! I had a post on October 10th which said that it was opening day, so that's about right. They received 2 inches of fresh snow last night, and still had the mountain open top to bottom. They expect to open back up for the 2008-2009 season in 18 weeks.
Regretfully, I didn't make it out to Colorado to ski this year. But, Bryon managed to get in about 20 days of skiing out there...not too bad for a Midwest flat-lander :) We'll have to do better next year!!!
