We have been debating what we want our ideal house to be. One thing that I think that we have decided on is the construction. The consensus is that we would prefer a conventionally built home with half log siding. This will eliminate a lot of issues that go along with log homes, specifically what to do with the plumbing and wiring. It will also provide a lot more flexibility for interior decorating.
